Part-time Multilingual Communication Assistant

Job Description

A Korean company is looking for part-time multilingual communication assistants to support international communication, research, outreach, and client-related coordination. We are looking for native or fluent speakers of one of the following languages: - Arabic - Bahasa Malaysia / Malay - Bahasa Indonesia / Indonesian

Qualifications

- Native or fluent speaker of Arabic, Bahasa Malaysia, or Bahasa Indonesia - Fluent business English communication skills - Korean communication ability at intermediate level or above - Must be able to understand work instructions in Korean - Currently based in Seoul or the surrounding area - Able to attend in-person work or meetings in Seoul when needed, with schedule arranged in advance for communication support, meetings, or coordination tasks - Comfortable with phone calls, messages, email, and basic coordination tasks

Preferred

- International students are strongly preferred - Experience in interpretation, translation, customer communication, research, outreach, or business support is a plus - Interest in international business, beauty, wellness, healthcare / medical services, or Korean brands is a plus
