- Recruiting and collaborating with creators optimized for the characteristics of the Spanish-speaking market - ​​Researching and analyzing European beauty market and consumer trends, and planning and producing content incorporating key selling points - Analyzing content performance and deriving insights - Analyzing competitor influencer marketing cases and benchmarking

Qualifications

- Less than 1-3 years of practical experience in influencer marketing or seeding operations - High understanding of the major social media creator ecosystem - Ability to proactively lead communication and collaboration with creators - Proficiency in business conversation in Korean or higher (Interview conducted in Korean) - Native-level Spanish

Preferred

- Experience with new brands or market expansion - Practical marketing experience in beauty/consumer goods brands or startup environments - Sensitive to trends and possessing a strong understanding of short-form content and social media - Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack, and AI tools
