Job Description

- Support for organizing and analyzing channel performance data, such as sales and content - Support for inventory and logistics tasks - Response to inbound channel customer service (text-based) - Support for affiliate contact and collaboration

Qualifications

- Someone who is comfortable handling numbers and data meticulously - Someone capable of communicating in English (reading/writing, handling customer service emails) - Someone who can handle repetitive tasks accurately and diligently - Someone who can flexibly support various tasks in an early-stage organization

Preferred

- Experience in the e-commerce or beauty industry or in marketing roles - Experience operating commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop or Seller Center - Proficient in data organization tools such as Excel and Google Sheets - Experience as an MD or marketing intern
