Establishing and executing affiliate marketing strategies for our beauty brand's TikTok Shop Discovering, recruiting, and managing collaborations with affiliate influencers Planning influencer content guidelines and analyzing performance data by content type Overall management of the TikTok Shop, including product listings, SEO management, and promotion planning and operation Establishing and executing hypotheses to improve sales conversion based on performance data Analyzing trends and deriving insights through market and competitor research ■ Growth Environment You can lead our beauty brand's TikTok Shop and drive the entire process from start to finish for global market expansion. Depending on your capabilities and preferences, the scope of work may expand, allowing you to take on a more proactive role. We possess high-level marketing capabilities, having been selected as top advertisers by all three major media platforms: Meta, Google, and Naver. We collaborate in a goal-oriented manner through active communication with various teams.

Qualifications
