Operation of Shopee channels and promotion planning for our beauty brands Establishment of seasonal product management strategies for sales growth Performance analysis and improvement of on-site content, such as detail pages, thumbnails, and reviews Operation of internal Shopee advertising and efficiency management Management of product pricing and promotion policies Establishment of Shopee operational processes and SOPs ■ Growth Environment You will take the lead in managing our beauty brands' Shopee channels and experience both the 0 to 1 and 1 to 100 stages of the process. Depending on your capabilities and preferences, the scope of work may expand, allowing you to take on a more proactive role. Qualifications

Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience Experience managing Shopee channels for D2C commerce brands Experience generating sales results through promotion and product management strategies A strong desire for growth who strives proactively and persistently to achieve goals Ability to formulate hypotheses based on data and numbers and make decisions based on evidence Capabilities in insightful copywriting and content planning A meticulous and systematic work style

Experience in the beauty brand or media commerce industry Experience operating e-commerce channels targeting the Taiwan/Hong Kong market Proficiency in foreign languages ​​such as English, Traditional Chinese, and Vietnamese
