Job Description

A. Customer Coordination 1. Customer Interface - Act as primary customer interface developing customer focus and relationships - Respond to all general customer enquiries - Record and respond to customer feedback/complaints and actively follow up - Support account management for nominated customers - Monitor customer KPIs and seek corrective action to ensure adherence to performance targets. 2. Budgeting / Forecasting - Contribute to preparing budget and long-term forecasts as required - Prepare short-term forecasts as required - Monitor customer forecasting and delivery performance 3. Bookings - Inform customer of Lines shipping requirements - Input booking information and correct charges into relevant system - Input and update Customer Agreements and SharePoint as appropriate - Update booking with correct cargo details - Inform customer of booking status - FMC compliance as required - Compile final booking lists/load lists - Complete post-loading cargo tallies, investigate anomalies and circulate - Communicating with Terminals and Operations Team B. Cargo Coordination - Develop and manage cargo allocation plans in alignment with capacity management - Identify potential space challenges and pro-actively provide solutions - Follow up on space availability, deliveries and waitlisted cargo - Responsible for liaison with Area Sales Teams, Port Operations and Terminal to enhance the ability to prioritize and optimize use of space allocations - Play an active role in implementation and execution of customer prioritization and optimal cargo mix decisions - Monitor volume levels and provide input on optimal routing and port rotation across the trade. - Guide vessel scheduling based on customer requirements - Ability to foresee, identify, and initiate actions to support higher earnings C. General - Work with CCC on other trade units to share, derive and implement best practices for CCC processes and customer-related routines.

[ Eligibility (Mandatory) ] Applicants must be currently residing or staying in Korea and meet one of the following criteria: * Chinese nationals or ethnic Koreans from China 1. Able to use English (mandatory) and Korean for business purposes and available to begin work on October 1, 2026 2. Holders of an employment visa or those with no disqualifying factors for obtaining an E-7 visa 3. Holders of a bachelor's degree or higher, or those with at least one year of relevant work experience 4. Refer to the Job Description (JD) for other mandatory requirements
