[Job Opening] Do you want to utilize your Chinese language skills in actual customer service and sales? Munyamunya is recruiting part-time staff for its flagship store to deliver excellent products and brand experiences to customers. This is an opportunity to develop both global customer communication and retail sales capabilities by gaining firsthand experience ranging from customer service in Chinese to product guidance and sales at the flagship store of a brand that has grown steadily. If you can communicate naturally with customers in Chinese, you can apply even without prior sales experience. [Main Duties] Munya Flagship Store Sales Part-time - Greeting customers visiting the flagship store - Providing product guidance and sales assistance to Chinese-speaking foreign customers - Product guidance and sales - Checking store inventory and organizing/replenishing products - Product display and store environment management - Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in clothing display areas and cafe spaces - Handling payments using the POS system Working Hours 11:00 ~ 16:00

Qualifications

- Proficient in Chinese or English - Service Mindset and Customer Service: Possessing a service mindset and basic customer service skills - Attendance and Responsibility: Possessing a sincere and responsible work attitude (punctuality required)

Preferred

- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Someone with a sense of responsibility to maintain a neat and hygienic store environment. - Store Payment System Operation: Proficient in basic POS usage. - Relevant Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience in sales at children's clothing/clothing brand stores or in simple F&B (cafe, etc.) operations.
