Job Description

- Conducts consultations and schedule coordination for international patients. - Manages hospital appointments, examinations, and surgery schedules. - Visits hospitals in the Gangnam area to accompany international patients for medical consultations and provides English interpretation support. - Handles communication regarding customer inquiries and post-procedure care before and after procedures and surgeries. - Provides customers with information on medical tourism services and hospitals. - Communicates smoothly with partner hospitals, agencies, and internal teams. - Organizes customer information and consultation details into CRM and management systems. - Provides support for writing English messages, translations, and drafting customer notices as needed.

Qualifications

- Entry-level / Experienced candidates welcome - No specific years of experience required - At least 4 years of university experience required - Fluent in English - Fluent in Korean with the hospital and internal teams - Kind and meticulous in handling foreign customers - Strong in schedule management, document organization, and customer information management - Able to respond calmly and responsibly to appropriate situations - Proficient in basic PC usage - Able to think and act independently while collaborating with the team
