Job Description

· Own and operate Aalok's US TikTok Shop seller account end-to-end, including Seller Center management, Shop Ads, and GMV Max campaigns · Manage the US Amazon channel: listings, advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands), inventory/FBA coordination, and performance optimization · Build and manage the affiliate/creator program through TikTok's Creator Marketplace: recruiting creators, negotiating commission tiers, and briefing partners · Run product seeding programs: sourcing creators, tracking content performance, and converting strong organic hits into paid amplification · Monitor Shop and Amazon analytics, improve ad efficiency, and report on channel performance · Coordinate fulfillment and inventory across TikTok Shop and Amazon, aligned with each platform's logistics and shipping-speed requirements · Forecast and plan around major sales moments (Prime Day, seasonal sales) and cross-channel launches

Qualifications

· Native-level English communication · Hands-on experience running a TikTok Shop seller account in the US market specifically · Working knowledge of the TikTok Creator Marketplace, Open Collaboration, and affiliate commission structures · Track record of sourcing and negotiating with creators across nano, micro, and mid-tier levels · Experience managing seeding programs at scale, with organized tracking of creator relationships and deliverables · Experience operating a US Amazon seller/vendor account (listings, ads, or FBA) · Valid work eligibility in Korea, or eligibility for visa sponsorship

Preferred

· Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or beauty-tech/device categories on TikTok Shop or Amazon · Ability to write high-converting content briefs, visual hooks, and compliance guidelines specific to beauty-tech claims and device demonstrations · Understanding of inventory and fulfillment coordination specific to TikTok Shop and Amazon FBA logistics · Experience forecasting and planning around major sales moments and cross-channel launches · Conversational-level Korean
