Job Description
- Run Amazon & TikTok Shop channels (assortment, pricing, promotions) - Optimize listings and conversion (content, keywords, reviews) - Manage ads (Amazon Ads, TikTok Shop Ads/GMV Max) by ROAS - Analyze channel P&L (revenue, ad spend, fees, logistics) - Manage FBA/3PL inventory and demand forecasting
Qualifications
- 3+ years in global e-commerce or online MD - Hands-on experience operating Amazon or similar marketplaces - Experience managing product, pricing, promotions, and inventory - P&L analysis with Excel/Google Sheets - Business-level English for platforms and partners
Preferred
- Global e-commerce experience with a beauty/skincare brand - Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads experience - TikTok Shop setup experience - Shopify-based global DTC experience - FBA, overseas 3PL, or cross-border logistics experience
