Job Description

• Sales and technical support for overseas clients • Equipment installation, commissioning, response to technical inquiries, and troubleshooting support • Customer communication via English emails, video conferencing, and overseas business trips • Customer support through collaboration with overseas distributors and the headquarters technical team • Preparation of product demos and technical materials, and translation of sales support documents

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or higher • Proficient in conversational Chinese or English (required) • No disqualifications for overseas business trips

Preferred

• Majors in related fields such as Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or Semiconductor Engineering • Possess knowledge and understanding of semiconductor inspection/measurement equipment or SMT equipment • Ability to communicate with overseas clients in Chinese or English • Experience in sales or technical support related to semiconductor equipment or SMT equipment
