Job Description

We're looking for a driven Account Manager to become the key link between our company and our partner brands — someone who builds long-term relationships, communicates clearly, and finds solutions in any situation. You will: - Manage communication with Korean partner brands and build long-term relationships - Initiate and grow collaborations — from first contact to signed contract - Prepare, negotiate, and close contracts - Oversee invoicing and payments, tracking financial commitments on both sides - Coordinate between partners and internal teams - Analyze collaboration results and prepare reports - Identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency by optimizing and refining partnership processes

Qualifications

- Based in South Korea, with the right to work (F1/F4 visa) - Experience in sales, marketing, or partnership/business development - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Fluent Korean, English, and Russian - Strong negotiation skills - Understanding of Korean business culture and etiquette - Ability to build processes, analyze data, and prepare reports - Able to make quick, independent decisions within your area of responsibility
