Job Description

• Plan and launch new FinTech products from end to end • Define product requirements and specifications • Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams • Manage UAT and product launch • Monitor product performance and identify improvements

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in product or service planning, with at least one product owned from definition through launch • Able to take conflicting requirements from multiple teams and produce a specification clear enough to build from • Effective with engineers — not writing code, but able to read a spec and push back on it • Decisions grounded in data, with post-launch verification • Working proficiency in Korean and English

Preferred

• Financial product planning experience — remittance, FX, prepaid, or cards • Experience with financial regulators (FSS, KFTC, KoFIU), including drafting formal responses • Understanding of KYC and AML requirements • Exposure to emerging settlement rails (stablecoins, real-time payment schemes)
