The Bom Studio is a K-Beauty studio based in Myeongdong, Seoul, offering personalized beauty experiences including personal color analysis, makeup services, and skin diagnosis. Customers from various countries visit The Bom, and we are looking for a Reservation & Customer Service Manager to help create a positive experience for our customers from the moment they make a reservation until they leave the studio. Key Responsibilities **Confirming domestic and international customer reservations and managing schedules** **Responding to customer inquiries via email, messenger, etc.** **Managing reservation changes and cancellations** **Providing pre-visit customer guidance and reminders** **Customer check-in and on-site assistance** **Managing reservation platforms and customer information** **Basic customer communication tasks necessary for studio operations** The Bom Studio is a K-Beauty studio based in Myeongdong, Seoul, offering personalized beauty experiences including personal color analysis, makeup services, and skin analysis. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate reservations for both Korean and international customers Respond to customer inquiries via email and messaging platforms Handle reservation changes and cancellations Send pre-visit information and reservation reminders Welcome customers and assist with check-in at the studio Manage booking platforms and customer information Support day-to-day customer communication and studio operations

Qualifications

### We Are Looking for Someone - Able to communicate with customers in English - Friendly and accurate communication - Able to meticulously manage multiple reservations and schedules - Enjoys thinking from the customer's perspective and solving problems - Familiar with basic computer and online tasks ### Who We’re Looking For - Comfortable communicating with customers in English - Friendly, clear, and professional in communication - Organized and detail-oriented when managing multiple reservations and schedules - Enjoys thinking from the customer’s perspective and finding solutions - Comfortable using basic computer programs and online tools

Preferred
