Job Description

· Planning and execution of global integrated marketing campaigns, including new product launches, promotions, and offline events · Establishment of global influencer/creator marketing strategies and campaign management · Analysis of marketing campaign performance and derivation of insights · Development of marketing action plans aligned with global sales and brand business objectives · Content planning and direction directing for global social media brand account management

Qualifications

· At least 4 years of experience in global brand marketing or influencer marketing · Experience directly planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting global markets · High understanding and practical experience in influencer/creator marketing · Ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking creators and overseas partners · Communication skills capable of quickly grasping diverse internal opinions and business objectives to translate them into concrete marketing actions · Ability to enhance research, planning, and work productivity by utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

Preferred

· Practical experience in global marketing for K-Beauty brands · Experience in beauty brand marketing or influencer campaigns targeting the U.S. market · Experience collaborating with global beauty influencer/creator networks or agencies · Experience in setting global marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyzing and improving campaign performance
