Yonje Co., Ltd. Hiring Sales Manager for Domestic & Overseas Cosmetics OEM/ODM Yonje Co., Ltd. is a specialized cosmetics OEM/ODM manufacturer supplying products to various countries around the world. We directly handle everything from R&D to manufacturing, filling, and packaging. We also possess approximately 500 in-house brands and products, engaging in product development and production for domestic and international cosmetics brands and distributors. This recruitment is not for a simple office position, but a role that offers comprehensive experience in cosmetics manufacturing, OEM, ODM, and overseas distribution. We welcome those who wish to work in cosmetics OEM/ODM related fields, those who want to distribute Korean cosmetics brands or start a business in their home country in the future, and those confident in overseas sales and distribution. Although the job duties are diverse, we provide training through in-house education and practical experience to ensure you fully master the basic workflow within approximately three months. 📋 Key Responsibilities Managing domestic and international clients and existing business partners Receiving inquiries for cosmetic OEM/ODM product development Organizing client requests and forwarding them to internal departments Managing schedules from sample development to ordering, production, inspection, and shipment Preparing sales-related documents such as purchase orders, procurement orders, and quotations Managing production, delivery, and shipment schedules by client Collaborating with R&D, Design, Materials, Production, Quality, and Logistics departments Responding to emails, messengers, and phone calls from overseas clients Supporting import/export documentation and customs clearance Handling tasks related to overseas cosmetic distribution and markets Managing sales, orders, deliveries, and accounts receivable status Managing consultation and progress history by client

🎓 Duties You Will Learn After Joining Even those new to the cosmetics industry will learn the following tasks through hands-on experience after joining. Cosmetic Product Development → Quotation → Sample → Ordering → Production → Quality Control → Packaging → Export → Overseas Distribution Initially, a staff member will guide you through the process. The goal is to master the overall aspects of OEM/ODM sales management through approximately three months of practical training.
