Job Description

• Support for inbound call consultations regarding Adobe products • Conduct sales activities and follow-up tasks via inbound calls, email, and MS Teams • Increase revenue through inbound calls targeting customers in Hong Kong and Taiwan • Handle documentation for sales closes (customer quotations, requests, etc.) • Perform B2B/B2C sales tasks for Adobe products • Retain Adobe product subscribers and prevent cancellations (Customer Retention) • Respond to customer inquiries (Customer Service)

Qualifications

ㆍHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable) ㆍNo disqualifications for overseas travel ㆍNot affiliated with our company ㆍNative speaker of Cantonese & Mandarin ㆍAble to converse in English with a score of B1 or higher on our company's English test

Preferred

ㆍAt least 1 year of experience in Online Direct Sales ㆍExperienced in solution or software sales ㆍExperienced in Contact Center CS/Sales ㆍExperience using Adobe products ㆍHolder of a visa eligible for employment in Korea (F Visa)
