• Support for inbound call consultations regarding Adobe products • Conduct sales activities and follow-up tasks via inbound calls, email, and MS Teams • Increase revenue through inbound calls targeting customers in Hong Kong and Taiwan • Handle documentation for sales closes (customer quotations, requests, etc.) • Perform B2B/B2C sales tasks for Adobe products • Retain Adobe product subscribers and prevent cancellations (Customer Retention) • Respond to customer inquiries (Customer Service)

Qualifications

ㆍHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable) ㆍNo disqualifications for overseas travel ㆍNot affiliated with our company ㆍNative speaker of Cantonese & Mandarin ㆍAble to converse in English with a score of B1 or higher on our company's English test

ㅁ Salary 1. Maximum monthly salary of 3,056,880 KRW upon full attendance (excluding incentives) > Base salary 2,156,880 KRW (including lunch allowance) + Full attendance allowance 100,000 KRW + Skill allowance 100,000 KRW ~ 300,000 KRW + Language allowance 500,000 KRW * Language allowance (Mandarin): 200,000 KRW * Language allowance (Cantonese): 300,000 KRW 2. Monthly incentive: Maximum 3,000,000 KRW * Performance bonuses are calculated quarterly. Example: Q3 Performance → Payment in installments over 3 months starting from the second month of Q4 3. Additional Joining Bonus of 200,000 KRW (Upon completing 3 months of full-time employment) ㅁ Pre-employment Training - Training Period: 14 days - Training Fee: Total 975,000 KRW - Final hires who complete the entire training (vocational training) course: Full payment of training fees - Voluntary dropouts during training (vocational training) or those who decline employment after final acceptance: No payment of training fees - Final failures after completing training (vocational training): 20,000 KRW paid per day of training attendance ㅁ Important Notes - If any conduct contrary to the purpose of training occurs during training (vocational training) (e.g., unauthorized filming of trainees, leakage of training materials, interference with other trainees, intentional damage to equipment, etc.), the trainee will be immediately dismissed, and training fees will not be paid. - Recruitment may be restricted if there are unauthorized absences from work. - Employment may be cancelled if you apply for duplicate positions, provide false information in your application, or submit fraudulent documents. - Final employment will be granted only to those who pass the training course following the interview.
