Yeonje Co., Ltd. Recruits Cosmetics Production Line Operators and Field Managers Yeonje Co., Ltd. is a specialized OEM/ODM cosmetics manufacturing company that handles everything from R&D to manufacturing, filling, and packaging. We are recruiting foreign talent who currently reside in Korea, are legally eligible for employment, and can communicate in Korean. Even entry-level applicants without prior experience in cosmetics production can learn the job through on-board training. Applicants with factory work experience and management skills may be hired as Production Line Field Managers or Line Managers. ■ Recruitment Fields 1. Cosmetics Production Line Operator Job Responsibilities • Perform production tasks according to production plans and work orders • Filling, sealing, assembling, labeling, and packaging cosmetic contents • Preparing containers and auxiliary materials for each product and verifying quantities • Checking the condition of filling machines, sealing machines, and packaging equipment before production • Checking filling volume, sealing status, label placement, and product appearance during production • Separating defective products and reporting to the production line supervisor • Verifying production quantity, defective quantity, and auxiliary material usage quantity • Cleaning equipment and tools and tidying up the workplace after work completion • Wearing sanitary clothing, masks, and gloves, and adhering to personal hygiene standards • Complying with production, quality, and safety management regulations Detailed Production Lines ① Tube Filling, Sealing, and Packaging Line • Filling tubes with cosmetic contents such as creams, gels, and lotions • Verifying tube sealing, manufacturing number, and expiration date printing • Inspecting filling volume, sealing status, leakage, and appearance • Packaging individual boxes and finished product boxes ② Shampoos and Liquid Products Filling, Sealing, and Packaging Line • Filling liquid products such as shampoo, treatment, essence, and toner • Assembly of containers, pumps, caps, and stoppers • Inspection for leakage, filling volume, and container contamination • Labeling, packaging of individual boxes, and packaging for shipment ③ Vial and Ampoule Filling, Sealing, and Packaging Line • Filling of vial and ampoule contents • Cap assembly, sealing, and verification of sealing status • Inspection of filling volume, breakage, leakage, foreign matter, and appearance • Assembly of trays and set boxes and packaging of components • Verification of set quantities including vials, ampoules, and applicators ④ Mask Pack Filling and Packaging Line • Preparation of mask sheets and pouches • Filling of mask pack essence and sealing of pouches • Inspection of sealing status, leakage, weight, and appearance • Verification of printing of manufacturing number and expiration date • Packaging of individual boxes, set boxes, and shipment boxes 2. Production Line Site Manager/Line Supervisor Responsibilities • Daily and weekly production planning and work schedule Management • Verification of work orders and assignment of tasks by production line • Management of production items, quantities, working hours, and progress • Production workforce deployment and management of worker attendance and punctuality • Training on work methods, hygiene, and safety for foreign workers • Communication of tasks between Korean managers and foreign workers • Verification of workers' compliance with production procedures and hygiene regulations • Inspection and management of filling machines, sealing machines, labeling machines, and packaging equipment • Production suspension, reporting, and action in case of equipment malfunction • Management of filling volume, sealing, leakage, labeling, printing, and visual inspection • Identification of causes for production defects and corrective measures • Management of production quantities, defective quantities, work performance, and auxiliary material usage • Preparation of production logs, equipment checklists, and work-related documents • Management of workplace tidiness, cleaning, and disinfection • Collaboration with production departments, quality control departments, and research institutes • On-site improvement work to enhance productivity and quality

Qualifications

■ Eligibility Requirements General Eligibility • Foreign nationals currently residing in Korea • Holders of a visa allowing legal employment in Korea • Those eligible for employment in the relevant role based on their visa status • Those capable of understanding and communicating basic work instructions in Korean • Those able to identify safety signs, work instructions, product names, etc. in Korean • Those capable of standing for long periods on the production floor • Those capable of performing repetitive filling, assembly, inspection, and packaging tasks • Those capable of wearing sanitary clothing, caps, masks, and gloves • Those capable of complying with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations of the cosmetics factory • Those capable of meticulously inspecting products and auxiliary materials • Those capable of working diligently and cooperating with colleagues • No restrictions on education or gender • Both entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome to apply Additional Eligibility Requirements for Field Managers • Those capable of issuing work instructions and reporting on-site in Korean • Those capable of accurately explaining tasks to production line workers • Those capable of systematically managing work plans, processes, equipment, quality, and personnel • Able to prepare production records and work-related documents • Able to promptly report and respond to issues at the production site
