Job Description

- Introduce the Toss app to foreign customers whose native languages ​​are Chinese, Vietnamese, or Uzbek, and provide consultation on sign-ups and usage. - Promote Toss and the Global Lounge to local communities and regions, and devise and implement strategies to encourage customers to visit in person. - Even after sign-up, provide friendly and accurate guidance, both in-person and remotely, on frequently asked questions regarding app usage, money transfers, and payments. - Receive reports of financial inconveniences from customers and provide consulting to help resolve them through Toss. - As this is a financial service, always ensure accurate information delivery and compliance throughout the guidance process.

Qualifications

- Native speakers of Chinese, Vietnamese, or Uzbek who can communicate in Korean - Holders of a visa allowing domestic employment, such as D-10, E-7, F-2, F-4, F-5, or F-6 - Experience in counter or in-person sales or consultation (experience in the financial sector or telecommunications consulting preferred) - Able to commute to Wongok-dong, Ansan, and work weekday or weekend shifts - Enjoy approaching new customers first and capable of responding calmly in various situations
