[THOME/Global/Device] Marketing Conversion Intern (TikTok Shop)

Job Description

· Data Analysis (Key Responsibilities) - Analyze channel, competitor, and creator data using analytics tools such as FastMoss and Kalodata - Organize and regularly report sales, conversion rates, and funnel data - Track content performance (views, CTR, GPM, ROAS) → Identify areas for improvement · Deriving insights based on customer data - Structure product and content improvement insights through analysis of incoming review and customer service data - Monitor VoC flow and share with relevant departments - Respond to inbound channel customer service (text) · Affiliate Collaboration Management - Contact creators and facilitate collaboration - Deliver content briefs and manage progress - Organize performance data by creator · Content and Promotion Support - Conduct content reference research and trend monitoring - Provide data support during promotion and bundle planning - Support updates for product detail pages and listing content · Channel Operation Support - Manage product registration and listings - Support inventory and logistics-related tasks

Qualifications

· Candidates with a practical understanding of and experience utilizing the algorithms, advertising, and commerce features of the TikTok platform · Candidates capable of briefing content and communicating in English (reading/writing proficiency, and handling customer service emails) · Candidates with an interest in and basic understanding of platform trends, such as TikTok and short-form commerce · Candidates who are comfortable handling numbers and data meticulously and possess an attitude of trying to identify causes and patterns through data (basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets) · Candidates capable of handling repetitive tasks accurately and diligently · Candidates capable of flexibly supporting various tasks in an early-stage growth organization · Candidates capable of executing agilely and producing results in a rapidly changing platform environment

Preferred

· Project, internship, or job experience related to e-commerce in the beauty and skincare sectors (e.g., TikTok Shop) (regardless of specific role, such as MD or Marketing) · Experience generating actual sales results through collaboration with creators and influencers · Experience defining problems and proposing improvements based on performance metrics · Practical understanding and experience utilizing the algorithms, advertising, and commerce features of the TikTok platform · Understanding of consumer trends in the US and Southeast Asian markets, as well as trends in TikTok and short-form content · Experience working independently in a fast-growing startup environment · Proficient in data organization and Excel/Sheet usage (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) · Ability to edit videos (regardless of the tool used, such as CapCut or Premiere)
