Taiwan KOL Influencer Marketing Manager

Job Description

1. Influencer Discovery － Discovering and listing Taiwanese influencers (YouTubers, Instagrammers, etc.) － Actively recruiting through cold outreach (email/DM) 2. Collaboration Negotiation and Communication － Negotiating collaboration terms with KOLs — Budget, collaboration format (Product sponsorship / Paid advertising) － Delivering content direction and guidelines, script review and revision － Maintaining relationships with existing influencers and managing long-term partnerships 3. Project Execution and Schedule Management － Planning and operating influencer marketing (Schedule management, content direction setting) － Monitoring collaboration progress and verifying upload completion － Sending reminders and reminders in case of upload delays － Responding quickly and accurately to internal and external issues － Signing contracts and supporting related documentation and settlement procedures as needed 4. Performance Analysis － Deriving marketing insights through analysis of beauty trends and sponsored content performance data

Qualifications

- High interest in K-Beauty, beauty media, and the overall influencer ecosystem - Execution skills proficient in coordinating schedules, content, and messages with various influencers - Judgment to respond calmly and accurately to internal and external issues - Insights into the Taiwanese market and consumers - Proactiveness in suggesting ideas and executing them quickly - Someone who understands the value of teamwork over individual capabilities

- Experience in the beauty, H&B (Health & Beauty), or related consumer goods industries - Experience managing personal or brand social media - Experience reviewing basic contracts
