- Discovering, listing, and contacting affiliate creators for the French Medicube TikTok Shop - Planning and managing creator collaborations (communication, content planning, schedule management, etc.) - Assisting with the planning and operation of creator live broadcasts - Organizing and reporting marketing insights through the analysis of beauty trends and affiliate performance data - Planning other promotional strategies to increase sales [Core Competencies] - Interest in and insights into the K-Beauty, beauty media, and influencer ecosystem as a whole - Judgment to respond calmly and accurately to issues related to customer feedback, creators, and products - Communication skills to logically deliver brand messages to audiences based on situation and channel - Insights into the French market and consumers - Execution ability to quickly coordinate schedules, content, and messages related to collaborations with various partners - Proactiveness to proactively propose ideas and quickly seize and execute opportunities

Qualifications

- Prospective graduates or graduates of a 4-year bachelor's degree program - Able to communicate in basic French - Possess an understanding of the French market and consumer characteristics - Understand or have experience using the TikTok/TikTok Shop platform - No grounds for disqualification for continued employment upon conversion to a full-time position after the internship ends - For foreign nationals, the following requirements must be met: 1) Holders of an F visa or those meeting the eligibility requirements for an employment visa 2) Able to perform practical tasks in Korean, such as writing reports and attending meetings with relevant departments
