Job Description

1. Establishment and execution of social media marketing campaign strategies in Japan 2. Discovery of Japanese influencers, planning and operation of viral campaigns 3. Communication and collaboration management with domestic and international influencers and marketing agencies 4. Expansion of local networks through the discovery of new partners and clients in Japan and onboarding support 5. Planning and operation of collaboration marketing with local Japanese clients 6. Derivation of marketing insights through monitoring of the Japanese market and social media trends

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year university, at least one year of relevant experience 2. Candidates capable of fluent Japanese communication as a Japanese market manager 3. Candidates with a strong understanding and interest in trends in the cosmetics, beauty, and consumer goods industries 4. Candidates capable of creating social media content using CapCut, Canva, etc. 5. Foreign nationals are welcome to apply; possession of a valid residence status allowing employment and work in Korea is mandatory

Preferred

1. Experience in content creation and management for various social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and LINE 2. Experience in planning and producing social media content, such as short-form content and Reels 3. Experience in global IMC marketing or influencer marketing in the beauty or consumer goods sectors 4. Experience collaborating with local Japanese influencers, agencies, brands, and distribution partners 5. Experience working, studying, or living abroad for an extended period 6. Possession of strong communication and collaboration skills
