Job Description

1. Sales and operational management of cosmetics, personal care, and infant products on Japanese online channels 2. Management of products and accounts on major Japanese e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Japan, Qoo10 Japan, and Rakuten 3. Establishment of sales strategies for each Japanese market and platform, and execution management for achieving sales targets 4. Management of daily order aggregation, inventory, shipments, local delivery in Japan, and sales settlement 5. Operation and response to customer service (CS) for Japanese customers on each platform, including inquiries, returns, and refunds 6. Planning and operation of monthly major brand promotional events and sales promotions for the Japanese market 7. Operation of in-platform advertising, search ads, banners, and seasonal marketing campaigns 8. New product listing, localization of Japanese product information, and management of product exposure quality 9. Sales closing by sales channel, accounts receivable management, and management and reporting of sales support matters such as FOC and GWP

Qualifications

1. Ability to communicate in Japanese for business purposes 2. Ability to write emails in Japanese and communicate effectively with local partners and customers in Japan 3. Experience operating Japanese online malls or global platforms such as Amazon Japan, Qoo10 Japan, and Rakuten 4. Experience in product registration, promotion setup, advertising management, and sales data analysis 5. Understanding of overseas orders, shipping, settlement, and customer service 6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and PC usage

Preferred

1. Experienced in operating Japanese e-commerce for cosmetics, personal care, and infant products 2. Ability to manage administration on major Japanese platforms such as Amazon Japan, Qoo10 Japan, and Rakuten 3. High understanding of the Japanese e-commerce market and local consumer trends 4. Experience in content localization, such as Japanese product detail pages and promotional text 5. Experience in export documentation, international shipping, customs clearance, and cross-border e-commerce 6. Major in a Japanese-related field or possess equivalent Japanese language proficiency, such as JLPT N1 or JPT 7. Bright, positive, highly responsible, and capable of performing tasks meticulously 8. Possess excellent business communication skills and the ability to grow together with the team in the long term
