Job Description

Communicate in English with overseas buyers and business partners Introduce products and verify buyer requests Manage overseas orders and shipment schedules Prepare basic export documents such as invoices and packing lists Coordinate schedules with forwarders and related companies Prepare materials for overseas cosmetic certifications and product registration Support overseas influencer product seeding and marketing Manage progress and materials for each overseas business partner

Qualifications

Able to communicate fluently with overseas clients in English Fluent in Korean (Must be able to communicate smoothly and professionally with domestic staff and clients, regardless of Korean language proficiency scores) Interested in the cosmetics and beauty industry Proactive in learning new tasks Able to meticulously manage client requests and work schedules ㆍ F2, F4, F5, F6 visa holders or domestic nationals

Preferred

Experience in cosmetics and beauty-related work Experience in overseas sales, trade, or export Experience living or studying abroad Proficiency in a second foreign language in addition to English Interested in social media and influencer marketing
