Part-Time Content & Partnerships Coordinator Help Build a New Kind of Cultural Education in Korea Samsong, Goyang | 9 hours/week | KRW 13,500/hour | One-year commitment preferred EH Korean is a premium learning residency for global leaders and professionals who want to encounter Korea beyond tourism. Through culture, conversation, and reflection, we create experiences that help people see not only Korea, but also their own lives with fresh perspective. EH Korean is being developed by Rachel English, a registered educational institution with more than 20 years of experience in adult education and recognition as an outstanding educational institution in Deokyang-gu. We are looking for an internationally minded communicator to help us bring this vision to the world. This is not an English-teaching position or a routine assistant role. It is a hands-on opportunity to build real experience in English content, global communication, and cultural education as a thoughtfully designed new venture builds its global presence. ▶ What you will do • Turn conversations with the founder into polished English articles, newsletters, and short-form content. • Research and connect with educational, cultural, academic, and hospitality partners aligned with EH Korean. • Support English communication, meeting preparation, and follow-up with international contacts. • Offer an international perspective on EH Korean’s message and participant experience. • Keep projects, inquiries, and key relationships organized and moving forward ▶ What you will gain • A published English-content portfolio with a distinctive, premium brand. • Practical experience in global partnerships, cross-cultural communication, and project coordination. • Direct exposure to educators, cultural professionals, founders, and international guests. • A front-row seat in creating a new model of cultural education in Korea. • Close collaboration with a founder with over 20 years of experience in adult education

Qualifications

▶ Who We Are Looking For Requirements • Target: International grad students in Korea OR English educators transitioning to cultural tourism, hospitality, content, or int'l communication. • Language: Native or near-native professional English. • Skills: Ability to bridge Korean & global perspectives; sharp judgment to find partners and persistence to build relationships • Comm: Polished, credible presence; strong interpersonal skills to lead interviews and conversations naturally. • Mindset: Strong ownership of deadlines, records, and follow-ups. • Eligibility: Valid visa for work in Korea; minimum 1-year commitment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience or degree in hospitality, tourism, cultural/Korean studies, IR, media, education, content, or partner relations.

▶ For someone who demonstrates strong judgment, reliability, and a deep understanding of EH Korean, this role may lead to priority consideration for future Program Coordinator assignments. Program operations are contracted and compensated separately—up to KRW 470,000 for a One-Day Residency and up to KRW 3,500,000 for a Seven-Day Residency—depending on the program, responsibilities, performance, role fit, and work eligibility. These assignments are not guaranteed recurring income.

▶ Working arrangement The role is primarily on-site at Rachel English in Samsong, Goyang, for three days per week and three hours per day. Exact hours can be discussed.
