Planning and operation of sales strategies centered on Douyin live commerce for our beauty brands Overall operation of live broadcasts, including TP company handling, Wanghong scouting, and promotion planning Planning and operation of strategies to maximize live commerce sales Deriving insights through competitor and market analysis ■ Growth Environment Ollit (Cellology)'s China business organization executes global channel expansion strategies and is building a foundation for brand growth in the Chinese market. Qualifications

Candidates with over 3 years of relevant experience at a beauty brand company Those who have generated sales results based on Douyin/Wanghong live streams Those with a deep understanding of the operational structures and marketing methods of major Chinese platforms Those with excellent problem-solving skills and an execution-oriented work style Those who proactively lead their work
