**Handling inquiries and consultations regarding Korean medical aesthetics for Chinese-speaking foreign clients** **Identifying the client's treatment goals, budget, and schedule to guide them to suitable medical institutions and services** **Supporting appointments at affiliated dermatology and plastic surgery clinics and scheduling client visits** **Identifying Chinese-speaking clients using Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Douyin, and personal networks** **Recording client consultations and progress status in the MeiCheongdam management system** **Providing Chinese interpretation and accompaniment support for clients visiting the clinic when necessary** **Post-treatment follow-up care and managing repeat visits and referral clients** This is a freelance partner model where you can work without fixed working hours, utilizing your own network and consulting capabilities, and earning income based on actual client acquisition and transaction performance.

Qualifications

- Able to conduct natural customer consultations in Chinese - Possess a valid residency status in South Korea that permits relevant freelance activities - Proactive in customer interaction and communication - Able to diligently record consultation details and client progress in a designated manner - High interest in medical aesthetics, K-beauty, and Korean medical services

Preferred

- Experience in attracting foreign patients, hospital coordinator, medical interpretation, or medical tourism - Experience operating Chinese platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and Douyin - Possession of a Chinese community or personal customer network - Experience in dermatology or plastic surgery consultation and marketing - Experience in social media content creation and management - Experience in customer consultation using both Korean and Chinese

- The contract is structured as a freelance partner agreement. - There are no fixed working hours; they are negotiated based on client schedules and the nature of the work. - The incentive and commission structure is based on client acquisition and actual transaction performance; detailed terms will be provided during the interview. - Suitable candidates will be contacted individually after reviewing their documents. - Prior to joining, onboarding regarding May Cheongdam's consultation, client management, medical advertising, and personal information will be conducted.
