- Support for Shopee and TikTok Shop operations - Responding to customer inquiries and product reviews, and CS tracking - Setting up promotions and managing operational status - Daily tracking of sales and marketing expenses - Influencer seeding and affiliate management - Communication with UGC creators - Video review and Spark Ads code tracking - Managing inventory and UPS shipping status by channel

Qualifications

- Education: Associate degree or higher - Experience: 1–3 years - For foreign nationals: Holders of D-10, F-2, or E-7 visas - Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets - Able to communicate fluently in English for business - Possesses meticulous schedule and data management skills - Interested in global e-commerce and beauty content

- Proficient in German or French - Experience operating a Shopee or TikTok Shop - Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry - Experience in influencer or affiliate marketing - Experience in customer service, sales, or inventory management
