Job Description

- Sales and management of overseas B2B clients (Distributors / Retailers) - Management of sales, orders, and reorders by assigned country and client - Identification of new overseas clients and distribution channels - Onboarding to overseas retailers and operation of promotions - Negotiation of transaction terms such as price, MOQ, and delivery time, and management of export operations - Analysis of overseas market and competitor trends

Qualifications

- Education: Associate degree or higher - Experience: 1–3 years - For foreign nationals: Holders of D-10, E-7, or F-2 visas - Proficient in business English communication - Able to independently conduct email and video meetings with overseas clients - Understanding of export and overseas B2B transaction processes - Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

- Experienced in overseas sales in the cosmetics/beauty industry - Experience directly managing overseas distributors or retailers - Experience in identifying new clients and entering overseas distribution channels - Experience in sales in major overseas markets such as the US, Europe, Japan, and Southeast Asia - Basic understanding of overseas cosmetic certifications and country-specific regulations
