Job Description

- Support for operations on major Japanese e-commerce channels (Qoo10 Japan, Rakuten, Amazon Japan) - Product listing and sales page operation/management - Preparation and operation of major promotions and events, such as Qoo10 Megawari - Seeding and content management for Japanese influencers and creators - Management of sales and sales data by channel - Checking order and inventory status and handling shipments - Monitoring the Japanese market and competing brands

Qualifications

- Education: Associate degree or higher - Experience: 1–3 years - For foreign nationals: Holders of D-10, E-7, or F-2 visas - Interest in the Japanese e-commerce and K-Beauty markets - Basic understanding of online commerce operations and marketing - Ability to perform duties meticulously and responsibly

- Proficient in business communication in Japanese - Experienced in operating Japanese e-commerce channels such as Qoo10 Japan, Rakuten, and Amazon Japan - Experienced in operating online promotions in Japan, such as Qoo10 Megawari - Experienced in Japanese influencer/creator seeding - Experienced in managing Japanese B2B clients and shipping - High understanding of Japanese consumers and K-Beauty trends
