Job Description

∙ Amazon Store Operation Support - Product management on a global e-commerce platform - Assistance with overall store operations, including event setup ∙ Influencer Marketing Support - Product provision to influencers (seeding) - Affiliate partner management - Communication regarding collaborative content ∙ Content Review and Advertising Operation Support - Review of creator videos - Management of social media advertising data ∙ Inventory, Shipping, and Customer Service Management - Checking inventory status and shipping progress by sales channel - Responding to customer inquiries and reviews, and managing processing status

Qualifications

- Education: Associate degree or higher - Experience: 2–3 years - For foreign nationals: Holders of D-10, E-7, or F-2 visas - Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets - Able to communicate in English for business - Possesses meticulous schedule and data management skills - Interested in global e-commerce and beauty content

Preferred

- Experience operating an Amazon store - Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry - Experience in influencer and affiliate marketing - Experience in customer service, sales, or inventory management
