[THOME/Japan/Device] Influencer Marketer

Job Description

• Identify influencers who align with the brand and establish contact and collaboration strategies. • Analyze the performance of influencer content and derive directions for improvement based on data. • Research Japanese social media and content trends to uncover marketing insights. • Plan and manage brand social media content based on influencer collaborations.

Qualifications

• Experience living in Japan or holding JLPT N1 - A simple Japanese conversation test may be conducted during the interview for this position. • Ability to communicate smoothly with Japanese influencers and partners • Understanding of Japanese social media (Instagram, TikTok, X) trends and consumer culture • Experience in social media content planning and performance analysis

Preferred

• Experience working at a digital advertising agency (AE) or managing in-house brand marketing for the Japanese market • Experience in establishing performance advertising strategies and media management for platforms such as Meta and TikTok • Experience in managing Japanese social media channels and planning content • Experience in end-to-end operations, from discovering and recruiting influencers to reviewing content and analyzing performance • High understanding of Japanese consumer trends and changes in platform algorithms • Practical experience in marketing targeting the Japanese market (2–3 years or more)
