[THOME/Japan/Skincare] Inbound Marketer (Collaboration with Japanese Influencers)

Job Description

• This role involves planning and managing content in collaboration with Japanese influencers to encourage Japanese tourists visiting Korea to purchase THOME at pharmacies during their travels. • Recruit and manage Japanese influencers targeting Japanese visitors to Korea, and establish lasting collaborative relationships. • Plan and guide content for platforms such as TikTok, Reels, and YouTube, tailored to the customer journey of purchasing at a pharmacy while traveling. • Plan and execute campaigns to drive influencer content toward actual purchases at pharmacies, analyze performance, and incorporate the results into future campaigns. • Analyze key metrics such as views, reach, and purchase conversions, and utilize high-performing content as marketing assets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese - A brief language proficiency test will be conducted prior to the interview for this position. • 2–5 years of practical experience in influencer marketing or seeding operations • High understanding of the creator ecosystem on major social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok • Ability to proactively lead communication and collaboration with creators • Ability to systematically manage complex operational tasks such as scheduling, logistics, and contracts

Preferred

• Experience managing short-form content-centric (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) campaigns • Practical marketing experience in a brand or startup environment
