[Introduction to the Team You Will Join] - Toss CX is a specialized financial consulting subsidiary of Viva Republica, the operator of 'Toss'. Over 500 colleagues are working together to build a team that handles everything from financial consulting to knowledge-based operational tasks. - The Foreign Customer Support Squad provides consultation on Toss services in various languages. We help customers from not only Korea but also from many other countries use Toss comfortably. - We provide consultation in Chinese, Vietnamese, and Uzbek, in addition to Korean. Our goal is to ensure that no customer experiences inconvenience due to language barriers. - Going a step beyond simply providing foreign language support, this team is expanding the customer experience so that everyone, regardless of nationality, can comfortably use Toss as a single service. [Responsibilities You Will Perform Upon Joining] - You will conduct consultations via phone, chat, and email for foreign customers using the Toss app. - You will answer inquiries regarding all aspects of Toss services, such as shopping payments, international money transfers, KYC, and authentication, and provide guidance on service availability. - Guide foreign customers visiting Korea on visitor services (sign-up, Toss Money top-up, Toss Pay, etc.). - Resolve any inquiries left unresolved during the consultation with a Lead.

Qualifications

[We are looking for candidates who meet these criteria] - Must hold a visa that allows for employment in Korea (one of F-2, F-4, F-5, or F-6). - Preference will be given to candidates holding TOPIK Level 4 or higher, and the ability to communicate fluently in Korean is required. - Must be able to speak one of the following languages ​​at a native level: Chinese, Vietnamese, or Uzbek. -

[Work and Salary Details] - This position is based at the Sindorim Headquarters (D-Cube City, Sindorim Station). - This is a 6-month contract position. The work schedule is 5 days a week (Mon-Fri), from 10:00 to 19:00. - The start date is either September 28 (Mon) or October 6 (Tue). Further adjustments are not possible. - The monthly salary is 2,400,000 KRW (including a 100,000 KRW meal allowance).
