Job Description

1. Customer Service and Main Dining Service Greetings and Guidance upon Entry and Exit: Friendly greetings to customers, checking the number of people, and guiding them to their designated tables. Menu Explanation and Order Taking: Entering orders using POS systems, providing basic explanations of signature menu items (German-style handmade sausages, Haxen, Schweinshaxen, etc.) and beverages (craft draft beer, wine). Food and Beverage Serving: Promptly and accurately delivering food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to each table. Table Care: Timely clearing of dirty dishes (empty plates/glasses) after serving, responding to additional requests for water, pickles, sauces, etc. 2. Table Setting and Floor & Table Setup Table Cleaning and Setting: Immediate table clearing (busting) for departing customers, disinfection and wiping, and setting of cutlery, spoons, and keins. Maintaining Store Cleanliness: Organizing the floor, self-service bar, and beverage dispensers, and maintaining cleanliness around the serving stands. Tableware Management: Preparing for any shortages of tableware, such as water bottles, cups, sauce containers, and cutlery. Restocking and Hygiene Management 3. Kitchen & Bar Support Beverage and Beer Dispensing Support: Basic beverage preparation and support for managing and dispensing draft beer taps (depending on proficiency) Dishwashing and Dishwashing Support: Transferring trays collected from the dining area to the washing area and assisting with sorting utensils Kitchen Communication: Accurately conveying customer allergies or specific requests to the kitchen team and manager 4. Specialized Tasks for Foreign Staff Dedicated Support for Foreign Customers: Providing dedicated English and foreign language assistance and guidance to foreign guests visiting due to the nature of the Gwanghwamun office and tourist area Familiarization with Korean and Store Menus: Continuously familiarizing oneself with names of handmade meat products, beverage names, and basic Korean phrases for ordering

Qualifications

No restrictions on education, experience, or age (Beginners and foreign applicants welcome) Key Requirements: Able to clear empty dishes (clearing tables), set tables, and move tableware in a restaurant Able to clean tables and maintain the cleanliness of the store interior Anyone who is diligent and willing to work with colleagues is welcome to apply.
