Job Description

Consulting with English-speaking international clients via WhatsApp and email Identifying client concerns, surgical goals, and priorities Guiding clients on suitable surgery and hospital options Delivering consultation details, quotes, and schedules from partner hospitals Systematic management of consultation progress and follow-up contact Requesting appointments and coordinating schedules for clients wishing to make reservations Assisting with on-site tasks, such as accompanying clients to hospitals and interpreting, during busy periods

Qualifications

At least 1 year of work experience at a plastic surgery clinic, agency, or medical tourism agency Native-level English communication skills Fluent reading, writing, and communication in Korean Holding a visa that allows legal work in Korea Ability to systematically manage the progress and schedules of multiple clients Ability to identify client needs and suggest appropriate directions Ability to respond calmly and proactively to unexpected situations Ability to commute to the Gangnam office (Work may be difficult for those residing far away)

Experience working with English-speaking international clients Experience with non-face-to-face customer consultations via email and messenger Preference given to candidates with experience working in a plastic surgery clinic Preference given to candidates with native-level English proficiency Experience or strong interest in medical tourism, plastic surgery, or the beauty industry Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
