Introducing the Team You Will Be Joining - Unni Guide is a K-Beauty consultation center exclusively for foreign customers, directly operated by Gangnam Unni. - Based on over 4 million real reviews from Gangnam Unni, we help foreign customers receive treatments at the same prices as Korean customers. - We provide full support, including consultations, hospital recommendations, reservations, and connecting you with interpreters. - After opening our first center in Sinnonhyeon in March 2026, the number of visiting customers has continued to grow, leading us to open our second center in Myeongdong in December 2026. Therefore, we are looking for more colleagues to work with us at both the Sinnonhyeon and Myeongdong branches. What You Will Be Doing - Conduct 1:1 consultations in English with foreign customers visiting the Unni Guide center. - Listen carefully to customers' concerns and desires, recommend treatments and hospitals that suit them, and assist with reservations. - Communicate with hospital partners and various internal teams to ensure customers can use our services without any inconvenience. - Record and manage consultation details, identify frequently asked questions or inconveniences, and propose improvement ideas. - Enhance the customer experience through post-treatment care, such as verifying satisfaction and responding to inquiries. - Through this process, you can gain practical experience in CS (Customer Service) and CX (Customer Experience). You can gain the following experience and growth opportunities: - Grow into a professional consultant in the fields of K-Beauty and aesthetic medical care. - Work directly using the data and systems of Korea's No. 1 aesthetic medical platform. - Be involved in the opening of the new center (Myeongdong Branch) from the very beginning. - Work in a global environment with clients and colleagues from various countries.

Qualifications

- Native-level English speakers - Holders of a visa allowing immediate work in Korea and quick entry into the workforce - Preferred Visas: F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6, D-10 (Visas with no restrictions on employment activities and allowing for quick start) - Korean nationals are also eligible to apply. - TOPIK Level 4 or higher in Korean, or proficiency in a similar level

Preferred

- Native English speakers, overseas Koreans, or individuals who have lived in English-speaking countries for a long time and have a deep understanding of the culture - Experience working as a coordinator or counselor at beauty clinics, such as dermatology or plastic surgery clinics - Experience in the service industry, including hotels, airlines, retail, and beauty stores - Individuals with a strong interest in cosmetic procedures and K-Beauty
