[New Business] Global Customer Consultant - English (Contract)

Job Description

Introducing the Team You Will Join - This team supports international customers in seamlessly experiencing Gangnam Unnie services in Korea. - We help resolve language barriers for international customers and assist with the entire customer journey to ensure a smooth aesthetic medical experience. What you will be doing going forward: - Conduct English-based consultations for international customers and design and improve the customer experience throughout the entire aesthetic medical journey. - Precisely identify customer needs to propose and guide them to personalized service options. - Lead service linkages and coordination with relevant internal departments and partner companies. - Standardize and manage consultation and operational communication histories, and analyze and identify recurring issues and points for improvement. - Continuously improve service quality by verifying post-use satisfaction, responding to issues, and providing follow-up care. Qualifications

We are looking for someone who: - Possesses native-level English communication skills - Can calmly prioritize and solve problems even in unexpected situations - Prioritizes customer satisfaction, independently defines necessary tasks, and takes the initiative to execute them

Preferred

It would be a plus if you have the following: - Experience in customer service and consultation in an offline environment - Experience in managing offline spaces (on-site operations, managing customer flow, waiting areas, reservations, etc.) - Experience in customer service (responding to inquiries, managing issues, identifying areas for improvement, etc.)
