Job Description

Introducing the Team You Will Be Joining - Unni Guide is a K-Beauty consultation center exclusively for foreign customers, directly operated by Gangnam Unni. - Based on over 4 million real reviews from Gangnam Unni, we help foreign customers receive treatments at the same prices as Korean customers. - We provide full support, including consultations, hospital recommendations, reservations, and connecting you with an interpreter. - After opening our first center in Sinnonhyeon in March 2026, the number of visiting customers has continued to grow, so we are opening our second center in Myeongdong in December 2026. Therefore, we are looking for more colleagues to work with us at both the Sinnonhyeon and Myeongdong branches. You will be doing the following: - Greet foreign customers visiting the center in English and guide them through check-in and how to use the center. - Listen carefully to what customers want and connect them with the appropriate counselor. - Manage appointment bookings and waiting lists, and communicate with counselors and various internal teams to help ensure the smooth operation of the center. - Record and manage customer inquiries, identify frequently asked questions or inconveniences, and propose improvement ideas. - Assist customers in using the center comfortably through services such as luggage storage and responding to inquiries, and verify post-use satisfaction. - Through this process, you can gain practical experience in CS (Customer Service) and CX (Customer Experience). You can gain this experience and grow: - You can grow into a global customer service expert by welcoming customers from various countries. - You will directly create customer experiences at an offline center operated by Korea's No. 1 beauty and medical platform. - You can contribute to the opening of the new center (Myeongdong Branch) from the very beginning.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria: - Can greet and guide clients in English (native speakers are not required) - Can work in Korea immediately and join the company quickly - Korean national, or hold an F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6, or D-10 visa (a visa with no restrictions on employment activities) - Is a native Korean speaker, or possesses TOPIK Level 4 or higher, or an equivalent level of Korean proficiency

Joining Process: - Application > Job Interview (Offline) > Collaboration Interview (Offline) > Final Acceptance - The Job Interview and Collaboration Interview are conducted on the same day for 30 minutes each. Please Note: - Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Saturday) (Scheduled work) - The contract period is 6 months. The contract may be extended based on performance evaluations. - The Myeongdong branch opens in December 2026.
