Job Description

We're looking for a driven Brand Partnerships Manager to become the key link between our company and our partner brands — someone who builds long-term relationships, communicates clearly, and finds solutions in any situation. We work with leading K-beauty brands such as VT, Skin1004, Purito, TIRTIR, and Glow and more, and this role is central to growing those partnerships. You will: - Manage communication with Korean partner brands and build long-term relationships - Develop and grow brand partnerships — from first contact to signed contract - Prepare, negotiate, and close contracts - Oversee invoicing and payments, tracking financial commitments on both sides - Coordinate between partners and internal teams - Analyze collaboration results and prepare reports - Identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency by optimizing and refining partnership processes

Qualifications

- Based in South Korea, with the right to work - Experience in sales, marketing, or partnership/business development - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Fluent Korean and Russian; English is a strong plus - Strong negotiation skills - Understanding of Korean business culture and etiquette - Ability to build processes, analyze data, and prepare reports

- Experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry - Partnership/account management experience with Korean brands
