Job Description

We are hiring staff to handle cleaning, maintenance, and facility management for the pool villa pension located on Daebudo Island and operated by our headquarters. ■ Main Duties **Guest room cleaning and swimming pool cleaning** **Deep cleaning of guest rooms** **Tidying up the surroundings** **Minimum facility repairs** **Additional tasks required for pension cleaning and facility management** ■ Working Conditions **On-site work at private accommodation (kitchen and shower facilities provided)** **Work includes weekends and public holidays; days off can be arranged during the week** **Free use of personal time outside of scheduled working hours** **This is a collaborative structure involving managers and colleagues; it is not a position where you are solely responsible for everything.** ■ Things to Check Before Applying **Since you will be working on-site at private accommodation, room and board are provided, minimizing the burden of commuting and living expenses. You can freely spend your personal time outside of scheduled working hours.** (While we prioritize handling check-in procedures during business hours, due to the nature of private villas, intermittent responses to check-in inquiries or emergencies outside of regular working hours may be required. We are hiring individuals who understand this work schedule and can work alongside us stably.) As is the nature of the lodging industry, weekend and public holiday work is included. Qualifications

■ Eligibility **Holders of a valid residence status with no restrictions on employment activities** **Those who have no difficulty with daily communication and understanding work instructions in Korean (fluency is not required, but smooth communication regarding safety and work is essential)** **Those who are comfortable with physical labor (cleaning, maintenance)**
