[THOME/Greater China/Device] Influencer Marketing Convertible Intern

Job Description

· Discovering, listing, and contacting micro- and mid-range influencers in Hong Kong and Taiwan · Managing free seeding campaigns and planning short-form/long-form content collaborations · Tracking seeding progress and content uploads · Influencer communication (including Hong Kong translation) and managing the product shipping process · Collecting and analyzing campaign performance data and writing weekly reports · Researching beauty market trends in Taiwan and Hong Kong, as well as competitor brand influencer activities

Qualifications

· Ability to communicate professionally and contact/negotiate with influencers in Chinese (or Cantonese) · Familiarity with short-form content and Greater China social media trends, such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Xiaohongshu · Logical thinking skills to track performance and independently identify areas for improvement based on campaign data · Flexible communication skills to build seamless collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders · Ability to actively participate in work, constantly contemplate, and solve problems

Preferred

· Experience in managing influencer marketing or seeding in Taiwan/Hong Kong · High understanding of local beauty trends in the Greater China (Taiwan, Hong Kong) market · Experience living or studying abroad in the Greater China (Taiwan, Hong Kong, China) · Experience in content planning and production · Ability to derive consumer insights for the Chinese beauty and device markets
