Job Description

- Respond to inquiries regarding accommodation products and reservations from Korean customers (email, chat, phone / no sales duties) - Resolve customer inquiries and issues regarding reservation changes, cancellations, refunds, etc. - Communicate and coordinate with accommodation providers and relevant departments in Korean and English to resolve problems

Qualifications

- Able to communicate fluently in both oral and written Korean - Proficient in reading and writing English documents, as well as proficient in listening and speaking English - Possesses basic computer skills and the ability to use MS programs - Has no disqualifications for overseas travel - Does not have any affiliated workplace other than this company

- Experienced in Customer Service for OTA platforms such as Agoda, Trip.com, Booking.com, and Yanolja - Experienced in customer service and customer support - Multitasking skills - Fluent in Korean and English
