Job Description

• Teach English to kindergarten and elementary school students • Lead fun and interactive English lessons through speaking, games, role-play, and activities • Encourage students to speak English naturally and confidently • Create a positive and enjoyable classroom atmosphere • Follow the curriculum and lesson structure provided by the academy • Communicate and interact actively with young learners Our goal is not simply to teach children more English. We want children to enjoy English and feel excited about learning it. Enjoy → Repeat → Grow When learning is fun, children want to do it again. When they do it again and again, they naturally get better. This is the teaching philosophy behind our classes.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear pronunciation • Genuine love for working with children • Bright, positive, and energetic personality • Passion for teaching and interacting with young learners • Responsible, reliable, and punctual • Open to learning and following our teaching approach • Legally eligible to work in Korea Native and fluent non-native English speakers are both welcome to apply.

Preferred

• Experience teaching kindergarten or elementary school students • Experience with speaking, role-play, games, or activity-based English classes • Ability to engage young children and encourage active participation • Strong classroom communication skills • Teachers who are interested in growing and developing together with our academy • Long-term availability preferred
