English Play Class Crew Wanted Small-Group Tailored Classes with 4 Children WINI PLAY is a specialized English academy that provides age-customized English programs for infants and young children through play. We create an engaging environment where children experience English as a fun adventure rather than a chore, helping them naturally listen, speak, and grow. We are looking for an English Play Crew member who can connect with children at their eye level and turn every class into a joyful moment. [Qualifications & Preferred Traits] Genuine love and passion for working with children Ability to teach English from a child’s perspective Excellent interactive and interpersonal skills with young learners Energetic, proactive, and positive personality [Main Responsibilities] Lead age-customized English play classes for children ages 3 to 10 Conduct phonics, art, singing, and storybook reading activities in English Lead physical activities, games, puzzles, and various play-based activities in English Observe children’s participation and responses during class Write simple class reports after each lesson Create a bright, safe, and positive classroom atmosphere [Class Features] Small-group classes with 4 children, allowing for close interaction and care Relatively manageable classroom management compared to large-group lessons Classes are structured around a set curriculum with fully prepared activity materials

Qualifications

**Qualifications** * Someone who genuinely loves and cares for children * Able to communicate naturally with children in English * Bright, positive, and energetic personality * Responsible and able to prepare and lead classes sincerely **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience teaching or working with children * Able to lead play-based classes in a fun and engaging way * Able to communicate warmly with children at their level
