Job Description

• Informing foreign customers about Shinhan Card products and benefits • Guiding them on how to apply for credit and debit cards • Guiding them on the documents required for card applications • Finding new customers through foreign communities, social media, and acquaintances • Providing customer consultations in areas with a high concentration of foreign residents or workers • Recommending card products tailored to the customer Even newcomers will begin their work after receiving the necessary training. This role involves introducing Shinhan Card's credit and debit cards to foreign customers residing in Korea and assisting them with the application process. You can find and consult with customers by utilizing your native language and foreign communities.

Qualifications

1. Holders of F-4, F-5, or F-6 visas (Required) 2. Naturalized citizens 3. Those who can converse naturally in their native language 4. Those capable of basic communication in Korean 5. Those who understand the key details of card products and can explain them to customers Vietnamese, Chinese, Russian, Mongolian, English, Uzbek, etc. We are recruiting applicants from various language backgrounds.

• Active in foreign communities in Korea • Have a wide network of foreign friends, acquaintances, or contacts • Frequently use community platforms such as social media, Facebook, Instagram, or KakaoTalk • Have experience in sales or customer service • Have experience introducing products or services in areas such as finance, telecommunications, or insurance • Have experience working with foreign customers Even if you do not have relevant experience, you are welcome to apply if you are proactive, comfortable meeting new people, and willing to actively engage with customers.

Working Conditions • Flexible working style without fixed office hours • You can focus on customer outreach in areas that are convenient for you • Required training will be provided before you begin • Commission will be paid based on card acquisition performance This is not a typical full-time or contract position that requires regular commuting to an office.
