Job Description

This is a part-time position based in Seoul, South Korea for high-energy “edutainers” and baby event specialists. In this role, team members perform a small show and deliver interactive activities, lead baby and toddler-focused events, and facilitate playful learning sessions for children and their caregivers. Responsibilities include, setting up and organizing activity spaces, guiding groups through structured and free-play segments, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. The role also involves adapting activities to different age groups and representing Mmori at partner venues or community engagements.

Qualifications

Comfortble leading high-energy, performance-style sessions (storytelling, music, movement) with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. Near-native English pronunciation with exceptional vocal clarity and a natural, warm delivery to interact confidently with both kids and caregivers. Hands-on ability to handle on-site setup, cleanup, and a smooth flow of activities while prioritizing child safety and age-appropriate fun. This is a weekend position, requiring availability on both Saturday and Sunday for 3 out of 4 weekends. Ability to work legally in South Korea and commute reliably to on-site locations in Seoul, Ilsan, suwon area.

Preferred

Demonstrated background engaging infants, toddlers, and young children in group activities, classes, or events (ECE, child development, or performing arts is a plus).
