Job Description

- Managing purchases and orders with domestic, Chinese, and overseas business partners, as well as delivery and receiving schedules - Preparing purchase-related documents such as quotations, purchase orders (POs), and product inspection orders (PIs), and requesting payment for purchases - Preparing quotations and export documents (CI/PL, Certificate of Origin, etc.) for overseas business partners - Confirming overseas remittances and managing the progress status of individual export transactions - Handling import/export and customs clearance tasks with freight forwarders and customs brokers - Coordinating internal tasks related to production, packaging, and shipment schedules - Managing purchasing and export-related documents and data

Qualifications

- Fluent in business communication in Chinese (capable of handling orders, quotations, and delivery schedules via WeChat and email) - No aversion to handling overseas clients or import/export related tasks - Proficient in using basic office automation programs such as Excel - Able to meticulously manage purchasing and export documents and schedules

Preferred

- Proficient in business communication in English - Practical experience in purchasing, trade, and import/export - Experience in drafting trade documents (Quotation, PI, CI, PL, etc.) and handling import/export customs clearance - Experience in purchasing for Chinese clients and handling overseas remittances - No disqualifications for overseas business trips (China)
