Job Description

- Discovering and contacting local Vietnamese influencers and creators - Recruiting, collaborating with, and managing relationships with influencers - Discovering and contacting new Vietnamese MCNs and live commerce companies - Planning and operating live commerce events on platforms such as TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, and Shopee - Managing live broadcast product composition, promotions, and schedules - Operating local social media and influencer marketing - Managing live broadcast and marketing performance - Discovering new sales channels and partners in Vietnam and Southeast Asia

Qualifications

- Native Vietnamese speaker or capable of business communication - Able to communicate fluently in Korean - Experience in related fields such as Vietnamese social media, influencer marketing, and live commerce - Understanding of major Vietnamese social media platforms such as TikTok - Able to work in Korea

Preferred

- Over 1 year of relevant work experience - Experience in directly discovering and recruiting local Vietnamese influencers and creators - Possession of a network of local creators, MCNs, and live commerce companies - Experience operating live commerce platforms such as TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, and Shopee - Experience directly managing live broadcasts from planning to operation - Experience in fashion, beauty, and K-brand marketing - High understanding of local Vietnamese consumption and social media trends

This role involves not just simple translation or social media content management, but also personally finding local influencers and live commerce partners to establish collaborations and connecting them to actual broadcasts and sales. Those with existing networks in Vietnam, including influencers, MCNs, and live commerce, will be given strong preference.
