Job Description

- Discovery, contact, and recruitment of Chinese Wanghong (KOL/KOC) and influencers - Collaboration communication and relationship management with Wanghong and influencers - Discovery and contact of new Chinese MCN and live commerce companies - Planning and operation of Chinese live commerce broadcasts - Management of broadcast product composition, promotions, and schedules - Tasks related to Chinese platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Taobao - Performance management of live broadcasts and influencer marketing - Discovery of new sales channels and partners in the Chinese market

Qualifications

- Native Chinese speakers or those capable of business communication - Able to communicate fluently in Korean - Experience in related fields such as Chinese social media, influencer marketing, and live commerce - Understanding of major Chinese platforms such as Xiaohongshu and Douyin - Able to work in Korea

Preferred

- Over 1 year of relevant work experience - Experience in directly discovering and recruiting Chinese Wanghong, KOLs, and KOCs - Possession of a network with existing Wanghong, MCN, and live commerce companies - Experience in directly managing live commerce broadcasts from planning to operation - Practical experience with Chinese platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Taobao - Experience in fashion, beauty, and K-brand marketing - High understanding of the local Chinese market and consumer trends

This is not a position solely responsible for Chinese translation or simple social media management. We are looking for someone with interest and experience in directly finding and contacting Wanghong and influencers to establish collaborations, and connecting these to live commerce broadcasts and actual sales. Those with existing networks in the Wanghong, MCN, and live commerce industries will be given strong preference.
