Job Description

• Direct production and management of marketing materials (short-form/images) targeting the Japanese market **Production and uploading of short-form videos, card news, and trending meme content tailored to the characteristics of channels with active Japanese fandoms, such as Instagram and TikTok** **• Execution of offline and online promotions to encourage visits to POCASPOTS in Hongdae and Myeongdong** **Production of visual materials and execution of campaigns for on-site events, merchandise campaigns, and partnership promotions to boost store visits **• Discovery and visualization of in-store fan experience content** **Production of field-oriented content capturing the reactions and episodes of K-POP fans and tourists within the store through photos and videos** **• Collaboration with Japanese influencers and processing of secondary content** **Conducting influencer partnerships aligned with the brand concept and producing secondary promotional materials to generate synergy **• Research on Japanese fandom trends** **Research on K-POP fandom trends in Japan, trading card (Treka) culture, competing services, and offline pop-up trends, as well as proposing content ideas**

Qualifications

• Able to plan and produce content in Japanese at a native level (including copywriting, subtitling, and comment communication) • Able to communicate within the team in Korean • Able to directly and quickly produce (edit) short-form video and image marketing materials • Proficient in using editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop • Able to quickly grasp trending memes, short-form trends, pop-up stores, and K-POP fandom culture, and translate them into content • Interest in and understanding of offline store marketing and promotion planning • For foreign nationals, holders of F-2 / F-4 / F-5 / F-6 visas, or holders of D-2 / D-4 visas eligible for part-time work permits

• Experience directly managing social media marketing channels, consistently publishing content, and achieving results • Experience living in Japan or a deep understanding of Japanese K-POP fandom community culture • Enjoy maximizing production efficiency by actively utilizing AI tools (AI for image/video generation, automation tools, etc.) • High understanding of all aspects of visual content production, including filming, editing, and directing • Experience discovering content ideas by analyzing basic metrics such as social media engagement (views, participation rates) and store visitor numbers • Experience in offline store/pop-up store marketing and creating content that captures the atmosphere of the location
